The moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a cozy ambiance, with plush seating and vibrant decor that transports you to the bustling streets of Beirut. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff eager to guide you through the extensive menu. We ordered the Mixed Grill, which was cooked to perfection, with tender lamb, chicken, and beef that simply fell apart. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was impressive. The falafel was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, served with a side of creamy tahini sauce. The standout dish, however, was the Machboos - a flavorful rice dish infused with aromatic spices and succulent chicken. Each bite was a masterclass in flavor and texture. For dessert, we indulged in the Baklava, which was crunchy, sweet, and utterly addictive. The rosewater syrup added a delightful floral note that complemented the honey perfectly. I had a wonderful experience at Zeytoon! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent, special shoutout to one of the owners, a lovely lady who added such a personal and welcoming touch to the whole experience. The food was fantastic. If you're visiting in a group of 3-4 people and want to sample a variety of dishes, I highly recommend ordering the Special Platter (I can’t recall the exact name, but it started with "Special"). It offered a generous and delicious mix that really gave us a taste of everything. They also served a great tea that perfectly complemented the meal, fragrant and soothing. While I personally didn’t enjoy the Baghlavas as much, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, a great dining experience, definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to others!

We had amazing time in here. Made our son's 18th birthday. Food was absolutely fantastic. Service wonderful. Accommodating us perfectly. Couldn't ask for more. Sparkling clean kitchen. Toilet facility clean also. Highly recommended!

I loved the Eid decor, really created a welcoming environment.. thanks to the incredible staff who were very kind and attentive; made sure we had all that we needed as we came as a group of 10. Food was delicious and probably one of best Persian restaurants I've been to! I will be back and the place is absolutely stunning - thank you!
